    Identify the problem

    I'll ask about the current issues and what the real need might be. I can walk you through the options and suggest solutions, but this stage is mainly about understanding you, the product or the problem. From there, I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

    Research & proposal

    Based on that first conversation, I do the research, then draft a tiered plan with costing and send it over.

    Build

    I move through planned phases of delivery, so the result meets the scope you signed off. Throughout, I share progress with meetings or short videos, flag any issues early, and often use a staging environment so you can see it taking shape.
